11 sign Letters of Intent

By TJ MAXWELL   The Copperas Cove athletic program continually sends student athletes to play their respective sports at the next level. That was no different Wednesday on National Signing Signing Day. 11 student athletes signed Letters of Intent to play at the collegiate level.

Lady Tigers defeat Lady Dawgs 4-0

On a cold, damp Friday evening, the Lady Dawgs met with Belton Lady Tigers in a division soccer game. Unfortunately,   the Lady Dawgs went down to defeat, 4-0 but Coach Pat Rox found a lot to be positive about.

Poised for Postseason

Things were looking bleak for the Copperas Cove Lady Dawgs’ basketball team on Friday night. Cove’s grip on third place in District 12- 6A was slipping away with a 6-for-30 shooting performance and 15 turnovers in the first half that left them in a 24- 15 deficit entering the second half.
