Cove senior Justin Joe crosses the finish line as the anchor leg of the boys’ 4x100m relay during the Bulldawg  Relays 2 Thursday at Bulldawg Stadium. The foursome of Joe, Kylan Herrera, Marcus Brumfield and ShamadLomax finished first in the race with a time of 42.33 seconds.
