By DAVID MORRIS   Ambassadors from the Copperas Cove Chamber of Commerce endured several hours in the heat of the July sun outside Walmart to ensure that the seniors of our community can remain cool during the summer months collecting fans and food to be distributed over the next few weeks.

By DAVID MORRIS   Nineteen year old Jessica Dery spent a few hours beneath the Texas sun collecting signatures along Hwy 190 Monday afternoon to help improve the city that she has spent a lifetime in.
