By DAVID MORRIS   Nearly seven years ago was the last time Wilma Bilyeu received a bouquet of flowers, and thanks to The Daisy Floral Shop, she received a Happy Bouquet Friday afternoon as part of the Make Someone Smile Week celebration by Telafloral.

By DAVID MORRIS   With one candidate failing to collect more than 50 percent of the 650 votes cast during the Special election frontrunners Kirby Lack and Azeita Taylor are headed to a runoff vote that will be called for during the August 5 regular meeting of the Copperas Cove City Council.
