Mandatory Stage 4A Water Conservation to begin May 26 in Copperas Cove

By LYNETTE SOWELL Cove Leader-Press   Beginning Monday May 26, at 6 p.m, Bell County Water Control & Improvement District #1 (WCID 1) will be initiating Stage 3 of its Drought Contingency Plan, seeking a 30 percent reduction in water usage. This could could last up to four days.
