Hank’s Tire Pros holds annual three day celebration for customers

By DAVID MORRIS   What started as a tire sale seven years ago has morphed into a three day customer appreciation block party with the staff and crew of Hank’s Tire Pros focusing on serving the customers that keep the bay doors rolled up and the locally owned tire shop operating.
Locals gathered Saturday at Patriot Storage for a chance to show off their cars and win a trophy. Entrance fees and donations went towards Operation: A Taste of Home.

By PAMELA GRANT   The sunlight gleaming off the hoods of dozens of cars and the musical beats flooding the area drew the attention of those passing by to Operation: A Taste of Home’s car show in support of our troops. The group, led by Eve Loftus, hosted the car show from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m.

National Dance Day for families set for Saturday
