Volunteer group donates security cameras to CCFD

All three fire stations in Copperas Cove will now have security cameras, thanks to a donation of the brand-new digital monitoring equipment given to the fire department by the Citizens Fire and Public Safety Volunteers Association, Inc.

The Noon Exchange Club of Copperas Cove met on June 12 at Lil Tex Restaurant. President Sandor Vegh opened the meeting, and Bill Minton offered the invocation. Board Member James Tatum asked members to join in the pledge.

Crossroads graduates second largest class

By LYNETTE SOWELL Crossroads High School held its graduation on Thursday night at Lea Ledger Auditorium,  he approximately one-hour event filled with smiles, cheers and a few tears. The class of 2015 was made up of 50 students, the second-largest graduating class in its history.
