By DAVID MORRIS   Hundreds of animals and their owners converged on the Ogletree Gap Park pavilion for the inaugural Pawzapolooza Saturday, competing in activates while being informed on the proper maintenance and care of the animals by the staff of the Double E Rescue Ranch.

By DAVID MORRIS   The Copperas Cove Animal Control officers have seen a 300 percent increase in black colored animals being adopted over the last week thanks to their recent push for adoptions while waving the adoption fees. Dogs adopt out at $20 per animal with cats being claimed at $15.
