Early voting continues through Feb. 27

by LYNETTE SOWELL Cove Leader-Press    Early voting began this week ahead of the March 3 primary elections.  During the first three days of early voting, 1,514 voters turned out to the polls, 749 at the Copperas Cove Early Voting Center and 765 at the Gatesville Annex.
Phase 2 of the Business 190 project is a little more than 1/2-mile long. The Texas Department of Transportation will be preparing an advance funding agreement with the City of Copperas Cove. The project funding comes from state and federal roadway funds.

Early voting starts Tuesday for March 3 primary

by LYNETTE SOWEL Cove Leader-Press   Early Voting begin next Tuesday ahead of the March 3 primary elections. Next week, polls will be open Tuesday through Friday, Feb. 17-20, from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 21, from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m., and Sunday, Feb. 22, 11 a.m. until 5 p.m.
