by LYNETTE SOWEL Cove Leader-Press   Early Voting begin next Tuesday ahead of the March 3 primary elections. Next week, polls will be open Tuesday through Friday, Feb. 17-20, from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 21, from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m., and Sunday, Feb. 22, 11 a.m. until 5 p.m.
