Parks & Rec holding town hall meeting Thursday

By LYNETTE SOWELL Cove Leader-Press   Copperas Cove residents are invited to attend a town hall meeting on Thursday, Jan. 26, at 5:30 p.m. at the Copperas Cove Civic Center located at 1206 W Avenue B. The meeting is the first quarterly public meeting of the year.

Two liquor stores set to open in Copperas Cove

By LYNETTE SOWELL Cove Leader-Press   Nearly 1,000 students from 26 Texas high schools, some as far away as Stephenville, converged on Copperas Cove High School Saturday morning for the annual DECA Region V District Conference.

Cove Nursing and Rehab donates to local charities

By LYNETTE SOWELL Cove Leader-Press   Two Copperas Cove nonprofit organizations that regularly come to the aid of locals in need received some aid as well.   Copperas Cove Nursing & Rehabilitation made donations to Cove House Emergency Homeless Shelter and the Copperas Cove Soup Kitchen.
