By LYNETTE SOWELL Cove Leader-Press David Copher, a Copperas Cove High School alum, is returning to his roots in Copperas Cove and will be one of the featured artists at the Five Hills Art Festival on March 25. Copher owns the David Copher Gallery in Santa Fe, NM.

By LYNETTE SOWELL Cove Leader-Press Saturday, March 25 is the date set for the third annual Daddy Daughter Dance at the Copperas Cove Civic Center. The event will take place from 5-8 p.m.

City sales tax revenue continues to rise

By LYNETTE SOWELL Cove Leader-Press The state comptroller’s office released its sales tax revenue report on Wednesday, and the city of Copperas Cove is receiving 4.64 percent more this month than it did in March 2016. The city’s sales tax rebate for March is $313,391.29, up from the $299,473.
