Exchange Club passes out flags, Excel installs new officers

By CHARLES LYONS Special to Leader-Press   The Copperas Cove High School EXCEL Club ended the 2015-2016 school year with the installation of new officers for the 2016-2017 school year.   Officers were previously elected at the club’s last regular meeting in May.

Copperas Cove Public Library kicking off summer reading program
