By DAVID MORRIS   Improvements on Courtney Lane continue as construction to expand portions of the sidewalks to 10 feet wide is underway. The project that began in 2011 with a traffic impact analysis has included pavement markings, installation of a right turn lane at S.C.

By LYNETTE SOWELL   Students at Hettie Halstead Elementary are having the chance to keep moving in P.E. class while practicing their math skills at the same time. During P.E. for three Fridays in October, students are participating in what’s called a Mathnasium.

By DAVID MORRIS   A unified Copperas Cove City Council followed the direction of Mayor John Hull Tuesday night where he directed the Avenue D sidewalk project to be split into three phases and submitting at both the regional level and state level for funding.
