By DAVID MORRIS   The Copperas Cove Morning Exchange Club named detective Rick Counter as the officer of the quarter for his investigative skills of an incident Sunday that involved a kidnapping and stolen vehicle from Killeen.

Cove man kicks off computerized show

By LYNETTE SOWELL   More than 8,000 lights are covering Christian and Sabine Mulvey’s house at 1605 Little Ave., and beginning December 15, the Mulveys will share an evening light show with the community through New Year’s Eve.
