Elementary students develop new art techniques

    Cove elementary students are really getting to the point of the holidays by learning a new art technique and creating beautiful pictures suitable for gift-giving. Martin Walker Elementary School students in Sharon Cecil’s art club studied “pointillism” which is a technique of painting in which small,distinct dots of color are  applied in patterns to form an image, said Cecil.
