Constance H Brogdon, 86, passed away at her daughter’s home in Fort Worth Texas on August 14, 2014. She is preceded in death by her parents, Helena and Thomas Foster of Staffordshire, England. After traveling the world, she settled down in Lampasas County and had a home there for more than 35 years.
