Five Hills BACA riders head to Austin to raise funds

By LYNETTE SOWELL The Five Hills Chapter of Bikers Against Child Abuse (BACA) took to the highway on Saturday morning and headed for Austin, to participate in Breaking The Chains Across Texas.

By PAMELA GRANT About 850 cyclists raced for the title of best in Texas in the Texas State Championships held at Fort Hood, Texas on a 33-mile looped course completely closed to traffic. Races were 33, 66 and 99 miles.

Fairview/Miss Jewell hosts first Grandparents’ Day Luncheon
