Most people get confused when they hear the word diet. What comes to mind is painfully eating only bland salads and tasteless foods. To be clear, diets are for people who want strict rules and to be told what they can or cannot eat while not having to think too hard about it. A healthier way of eating, and one less likely to make you quit, is called a nutrition plan.
