By LYNETTE SOWELL Cove Leader-Press   The 22nd annual Herb & Art Festival, hosted by the Lampasas County Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center along with the Lampasas Association for the Arts, is scheduled for Saturday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Litchfield trial set to begin Monday in 52nd district court

By LYNETTE SOWELL Cove Leader-Press   A trial is set to begin on Monday for the 1999 murder of Raymond “Red” Litchfield of Copperas Cove.   The case had been a cold case until reopened by Coryell County district attorney Dusty Boyd in January 2014.
