By LYNETTE SOWELL Cove Leader-Press   Within a 24-hour period from Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning, the Christmas parade in Copperas Cove was cancelled, then was back on again.

By LYNETTE SOWELL Cove Leader-Press   As of last Friday evening, Copperas Cove city manager Andrea Gardner withdrew her name for consideration as one of three finalists for the city manager of Palestine, Texas, confirmed Kevin Keller, public information officer for the City of Copperas Cove.
CCISD - Mae Stevens Early Learning Academy PTO volunteers created a tree from brown paper and then covered it in more than 100 pink bows. The Tree of Hope was erected to draw awareness to breast cancer. More than half of CCISD schools decorated in pink for October.
