Three Cove students enroll at Howard Payne University

BROWNWOOD – Area residents were among the new students who enrolled at Howard Payne University for the fall 2015 semester. Total undergraduate and graduate enrollment at HPU’s three locations (Brownwood, El Paso and New Braunfels) is 1,163 students, a 2.2 percent increase over fall 2014.
