Copperas Cove Assistant City Manager and Chief of Police Eddie Wilson is presented the Distinguished Alumni award by Central Texas College Foundation Executive Director Valerie Payson. Wilson graduated from CTC’s police academy where he has also served as an adjunct professor.

Copperas Cove Chapter #1070 of the Order of the Eastern Star held its annual installation of officers for the 2026-2027 term earlier this month with a dinner followed by the formal ceremony at the Mt. Hiram Masonic Lodge.

These nozzles provide advanced suppression technology designed to improve firefighter safety and operational effectiveness on the fireground. The HEN Foundation’s mission to support fire departments through equipment donations, grants, and hands-on training directly impacts the ability of departments to better protect the communities they serve.
