Copperas Cove neighborhood holds Prom Parade

By BRITTANY FHOLER  Cove Leader-Press    With the help of their neighborhood, juniors and seniors living in the House Creek North subdivision in Copperas Cove received a chance to have a prom of their own, despite school being closed and their traditional prom being cancelled.

Copperas Cove Incredible Kids recognized

Special to Leader-Press   Copperas Cove ISD campuses and the community selected their students to be nominated for the Central Texas Incredible Kid award. Each year, 10 students across the region are chosen. This year’s regional event, always held in April, was cancelled due to COVID-19.
