Copperas Cove Lions Club awards scholarships

Polls open Saturday for Coryell County bond election

By LYNETTE SOWELL Cove Leader-Press   After seven days of early voting that wrapped up on Tuesday, a total of 330 voters had cast ballots at the Copperas Cove Early Voting Center ahead of the Saturday, May 1 bond election on $30.9 million to fund a proposed new Coryell County jail.
