Rotary Club raises nearly $1,000 at pancake breakfast

    Hungry diners lined up at Applebees on Saturday morning, but they weren’t expecting hamburgers or hot wings. Instead, they came ready to eat breakfast and raise funds to help the Copperas Cove Rotary Club fund its service projects. Myrna Schulze made sure she was there, along with her husband. “I always watch for these,” said Schulze. “I’ve gone to these for the cheerleaders, and other groups. Anything to help in the community.”
