    The future of “Project Sweet & Spicy,” a Popeye’s restaurant on Highway 190, is now up in the air. At Wednesday’s meeting of the Copperas Cove Economic Development Corporation, executive director Polo Enriquez asked the board to remove one particular item from the consent agenda.
