Fowl survey presented to Council

Copperas Cove Deputy Chief of Police Eddie Wilson addressed the City Council Tuesday night during their workshop presenting the findings of both the online and paper survey where 128 total citizens were polled regarding the Residential Fowl Ordinance. The online questionnaire received a greater response than the paper version in each of the categories after circulating off of www.beheardcove.com The survey shows that 84 citizens are for an ordinance to allow hens to be kept in the areas zoned for residential with 38 opposed and five undecided, 69 of the yes votes came online while 15 were through the paper.
