CTC offers Cajun Creole menu for Patio Café today

The Central Texas College (CTC) Culinary Arts department will offer a Cajun Creole menu tonight for the Patio Café Cuisine Nights Dining Experience. The meal will start with an appetizer of hot crab dip or a chicken and Andouille gumbo. The gumbo is a hearty soup of chunks of chicken, vegetables and sausage simmered in Creole spices served on a bed of rice and accompanied with a honey oat roll and a house salad. A bowl of soup runs $8.25 or you can opt for a cup of soup with an entrée for $2.50.
