CCISD celebrates National School Breakfast Week

Copperas Cove ISD schools had special activities throughout the week as they participated in National School Breakfast Week. From visits by Elsie the cow, the Copperas Cove High School varsity cheerleaders, along with the chance to participate in an art contest, the week-long celebration aimed at increasing awareness of the School Breakfast Program among students and parents. This year’s National School Breakfast Week theme is “Take Time for School Breakfast-Rise and Shine Texas Style.”
