Solid Waste to open Saturday for City wide spring cleanup

By LYNETTE SOWELL Cove Leader-Press   The City of Copperas Cove Solid Waste Department is hosting its spring clean-up on Saturday, from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Solid Waste Operational Center, located at 2605 S. FM 116.

CCISD purchases bank building for $1.1 million

Mayfest 5K Color Run accepting registrations

On Saturday, April 30, the Noon Exchange Club of Copperas Cove is hosting its second Mayfest 5K Color Run at Ogletree Gap located on Hwy 190.   Registration is $35 online at www.mayfest2016.myevent.com and $40 at the event site.
