Copperas Cove city council calls for June 15 runoff election

CTC hosting FAFSA outreach event to offer help paying for college

Special to the Leader-Press   Central Texas College will host a FAFSA Outreach Event to help students and veterans navigate the application for college financing. The free public event will be 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, May 18 in Room 16 of the CATE Center Building on the CTC campus.

15 CCHS students graduate Central Texas College

Special to the Leader-Press   When Central Texas College holds its Spring 2024 Commencement on Friday, May 10, there will be Bulldawgs among the pack. Friday, 15 students at Copperas Cove High School are scheduled to graduate with either their associate degrees or a career certification.

Copperas Cove Senior Center hosts Expo

By PAMELA GRANTCove Leader-Press Texas A&M AgriLife Extension hosted their first Senior Expo at the Copperas Cove Senior Center from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Tuesday. The Senior Expo focused on providing local seniors with information and resources to help them out.
