    The Tough Cookie women’s duathlon has been giving women the opportunity to take to the roads on foot and by bicycle for the past 10 years in Copperas Cove. With 2014 being the 10th anniversary of the 1.5-mile running/10-mile bicycling/1.5-mile running event, race organizer Tzatzil LeMair said Sunday’s event will be “bigger and better” this year.
