    Council rezones Ag land for fire Station, denies request of commercial rezoning.

    Tuesday’s Copperas Cove City Council meeting was lively as Fire Station #2’s property is rezoned and another denied, appointments’ names drawn from a hat and Three Lemonheads visit council. Bonnie Herrings, Associate Broker at Century 21 Premier Realtors, addressed the council during the first public hearing of the night regarding a request to zone lot 11 and 12 of Block 3 in the Nauert Additional known as 102 and 104 Easy Street from residential low density to commercial.
