Construction on the $1.58 million infrastructure project for The Narrows and the Business and Technology park is in full swing with an expected completion date of July. In February the EDC Board of Directors set the pricing for the lots in the park and by the end of March expect portions of the property to be on the market fully with a community tour tentatively set for April 9-11. The 72-acres park sits on Robert Griffin III Blvd and between Old Copperas Cove Rd. and the Highway 190 Bypass South. Construction is going well with only two weather days used in constructing the infrastructure for the park.
