With a flip of her hips, reigning Young Miss Kelsey Dane snapped a board in two with her elbow while in high heels and wearing her sash and crown during a visit to Hamm’s Institute of Martial Arts in Harker Heights. The 7,000 square foot dojo is located on E. Veterans Memorial BLVD in Killeen and is providing more than 100 month memberships to the pageant as gifts to the contestants.
