The City of Copperas Cove has seen more than 225 voters turn out during the first three days of early voting in the Special Election for the Place 5 seat of the Copperas Cove City Council. Kenn Smith vacated Place 5 in March and George Duncan, Kirby Lack and Azeita Taylor are bidding for the position.
