Cove Soup Kitchen offers more than warm meals

    If Rachella Leggett had her way the Copperas Cove Soup Kitchen would have multiple locations throughout the city providing warm meals to the less fortunate. Currently funding the project with her disability check, Leggett provides 18 meals a day, serving lunch and dinner out of a small three room house located at 201 N. First Street
