Tickets are $75 per person, a table is $500, and sponsorships are available.

Proceeds from the silent and live auctions, as well as raffle items, will benefit the shelter and its programs, to include the residences as well as the Cove House Free Clinic.

To purchase tickets or a table, or for more information on sponsorships, call Cove House at (254) 547-4673.

Among the items up for live auction will be a 28-inch Blackstone griddle with built-in air fryer, a Dickinson rifle with case, a Franck Dubarry Intrepidus men’s watch, a Yeti Tundra 45 Haul cooler on wheels, Yeti tumblers, KWTX Weather Kid, artwork, a handmade quilt, artwork, and more.

In addition, Cove House executive director Brian Hawkins will give an update on how the shelter and its free clinic have served the community.

“We believe there is much more than can and will be done to help those in need but we need to improve our facilities. This will be a monumental task that will take God’s blessing, a great deal of hard work and sacrificial giving. It is our goal to build The Best Place for people to restart their lives after financial tragedy. We have adopted the slogan “Cove House is not a Crash pad it’s a LAUNCH PAD!!” said Cove House Executive Director Brian Hawkins.

The Cove House Free Clinic continues to grow. With the support of AdventHealth Central Texas, Hawkins said they have expanded clinic space and continue to expand their services. In addition to Women’s Health, the clinic now offers specialty clinics including Cardiac Care, Mental Health and STD testing.

The shelter has a vision for a two-phase expansion, which when completed, will quadruple the number of people it can serve. First would be the construction of a six-plex, followed by a two-story facility with office space, dining hall, and laundry facilities on the first floor, and men’s and women’s dorms on the second floor.
