The Copperas Cove City Council approved amending the city’s 2012- 2016 Personnel Improvement Plan and the 2013-2014 fiscal year budget at its regular meeting Tuesday evening. The personnel improvement plan had been initially approved by the council in August 2011 and is to be amended each year prior to adopting the annual operating budget and as needed during the fiscal year.
