Council to address special election, fire station No.2

The Copperas Cove City Council will convene for the second consecutive Tuesday inside council chambers at 507 S. Main Street starting at 6 p.m. Items on the consent agenda include an amendment to the city ordinance pertaining to fences; revising the definition of a fence. Deputy Police Chief Eddie Wilson is seeking action and support for City Manager Andrea Garner in the submission of a grant application to the U.S. Department of Justice for the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant.
