    Martin Walker fourth grade students act as CSI in preparation for STARR testing

    Several fourth grade students at Martin Walker Elementary took on the role of crime scene investigators, or rather, comma splice investigators, Monday morning.  The activity served as a way for students to learn how to edit their own writing for the State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness, or STAAR, test.
