Pizza allures people of all ages, but when it comes to authenticity and toppings the crowds divide. Yaghi’s New York Style Pizzeria opened Feb. 19 at 3010 U.S. Highway 190 Suite 106 in the Five Hills Shopping Center next to HE- B Plus! Cal Yaghi relocated from New York to Texas to take a job at Dell Computers. He called his brothers up in New York who already had a family owned restaurant and
told his family that they needed to come down to Texas and open up a pizzeria. Thus began the start of Yaghi’s New York Pizzeria in Texas. The first locations to come in were located in the Austin area.
