Ace Dental opens newest location in Copperas Cove

Dr. Aditi Gupta and her husband, A.C., have opened the newest location of Ace Dental of Texas, in Copperas Cove.
The new dental offices held a ribbon cutting on Monday morning with the Copperas Cove Chamber of Commerce and its ambassadors.
The pair along with the office and support staff were on hand to welcome the community and offered swag bags to their guests.
This is the ninth location for Ace Dental, which has offices in Belton, Harker Heights, Killeen, Temple, Taylor, Waco, Hewitt and New Braunfels.
The Copperas Cove office is located in the Cove Retail Center at 301 Constitution Ave.
“We have a home dentist in every location. I go from office to office, taking care of the complicated cases. We are a team of nine right now,” said Dr. Gupta. “Our niche market is with the insurances, for example, adult Medicaid. Adult Medicaid is something that I see, people don’t have providers and have to go all the way to Austin. Even though we accept all insurance that is one we really want to do.
“We try to be community oriented with free dental clinics and free dental days.”
She added that the try to keep patients in-house as much as possible, even complicated cases, but they do have a referral system.
“We also offer in-house payment plans for patients, even those who do not have credit to get approved for Care Credit. We try to do payment plans for that,” Gupta said.
After the ribbon was cut outside the office, those who attended could have a tour of the facility.
“ACE Dental accepts walk-ins and all PPO insurance, adult and children. With our facility being so big, it makes the wait time a lot shorter,” said Jessica Ritzie, Ace Dental’s HR and Marketing Manager. With the state-of-the-art equipment, doctors can show you exactly what is going on and the procedures you need, so they can explain that to you.”
The office space contains eight operatories so patients don’t have to wait so long and can be seen to quickly, she added.
