County grand jury indicts 18 in September

Coryell County District Clerk Janice Gray announced that a county grand jury indicted 18 individuals during the month of September.
The indictments listed do not include the indictments where the defendants have not yet been arrested for their charge and have a capias out that has not been served on the defendant.
Those indicted include:
Quythelia Harriet Smith, 27, of Copperas Cove, fraudulent use/possession of identifying information, fewer than five.
Jerry Alexander, 64, Oglesby, indecency with a child - sexual contact, two counts.
L’Michael Deton Amos, 22, Copperas Cove, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Oscar Rene Fajardo, 78, Moody, assault of a family/household member - impede breathing/circulation; arson.
Maliek Amir Heath, Harker Heights, 24, evading arrest/detention with a vehicle.
Ethan Frederick Hill, 31, Round Rock, stalking.
Marquis Isaiah Lee, 43, Copperas Cove, driving while intoxicated 3rd or more.
Keisia Shivawn Maher, 38, Kempner, abandoning-endangering a child with imminent danger of bodily injury, two counts.
Josue Antonio Molina, 19, Gatesville, sexual assault of a child.
Colten James Moore, 19, Waskom, burglary of a building.
Barbara Ann Muniz, 55, Copperas Cove, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
James Thomas Norbert, 35, Copperas Cove, aggravated assault date/family/household member with weapon.
Billy Jack Phillips, 63, Temple, Possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 1, less than 1 gram.
Theresa Annette Ray, 55, Copperas Cove, assault of a family/household member with previous conviction.
Ronnie Dovell Reece, 47, Copperas Cove, assault of a family/household member, impede breathing/circulation.
Wesley Shaun Spry, 40, Kempner, driving while intoxicated 3rd or more.
Jabree Tyrik Ahmad Stephens, 19, Copperas Cove, tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair.
Dexer Lafayette Triplett, 38, Dallas, aggravated robbery.
