The Royals 12U baseball team (5-0) defended their unbeaten streak in grand fashion on Tuesday night when they dispatched the Cardinals (2- 2) during Copperas Cove Parks and Recreation league play at Copperas Cove City Park. “Defense has been a huge improvement and pitching has been lights out when we go to our guns,” said Royals head coach Todd Fox. “Hitting has been sub-par, we
could do better although we’re scoring 23 points per game.”
