After pushing their season record to 9-4 with a couple wins earlier in the week, the Dawg tennis program suffered a pair of losses during the Centex Team Tournament over the weekend to fall to 9-6 on the year. Consistency has been an issue for head coach Paul Talbett with this young squad. Trying to win points with one shot, not showing patience in a rally, not getting into proper positions has been a problem for the team.
