Offense dialed in for scrimmage scores multiple times

Hard hits and aerial acrobatics highlighted the first Copperas Cove intersquadscrimmage Thursday at Bulldawg Stadium. The first-team offense scored three touchdowns and the first-team defense notched some big tackles behind the line of scrimmage and picked off a pass during the un-timed scrimmage that saw the first- and second-team starters alternate possessions. Junior quarterback Manny Harris was running for his life much of the first portion of practice but settled in behind a makeshift offensive line to drive down the field multiple times for scores. The offensive
line had already introduced a slew of new faces but they added at least two more due to injuries on Thursday.
