The young Bulldawgs took some time to gel in their first attempt to qualify for the Texas State 7 on 7 Tournament to be held July 10-11 in College Station. In just their first action of the 7 on 7 season, the Dawgs were 1-2 in pool play at the Austin Lake Travis 7 on 7 State Qualifying Tournament. They began with an opening round loss 27-14 loss to Pflugerville Hendrickson and a 20-19 loss to Round Rock Westwood before pounding Austin McCallum 44-12 to close their first 2015 foray into the world of 7 on 7.
