The defense is taking on a new look in 2014 for the Copperas Cove football program. Not just schematically, but in the coaching ranks as well. Two defensive coaches remain from the 2013 staff. Reb Brock enters his 8th season as defensive coordinator and Keith Stifflemire returns for his sixth season to coach the linebackers. “We have a whole new staff defensively,” said Brock. “There is only myself and one other coach that’s back. It’s good. You get some new life.
